Rino R. Maltais,
Co-founder and Partner
Rino has been active in the field of human resources since 1998 and has extensive experience in executive and professional recruitment, talent performance, compensation advisory, and organizational HR initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has worked with public, private, cooperative, and nonprofit organizations to support leadership teams in improving management practices, strengthening workforce strategies, and addressing complex organizational challenges.Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Rino co-founded the employability services agency R2 in 2003. In 2008, he developed within the organization a division specializing in human resources consulting and strategic recruitment, which evolved into My HR Partners (Mes Partenaires RH) in 2020. The organization now provides strategic HR consulting, executive and professional recruitment services, and organizational advisory support to public organizations, municipalities, and private companies.Rino is particularly engaged in mandates requiring structured analysis of organizational issues, close collaboration with leadership teams, and the development of practical solutions adapted to complex organizational environments. His work focuses on talent strategy, organizational development, compensation structures, and the implementation of organizational initiatives in transformation contexts.Bilingual (French and English), he holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Université de Moncton and a University Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of New Brunswick (UNB).
Rico Levesque,

Co-founder of the employability services agency R2 in 2003, then of its HR and recruitment division in 2008—now Mes partenaires RH since 2020—Rico has focused his expertise on career transition for over 20 years.
A remarkable mobilizer and communicator, he leads his teams while ensuring sound operational and financial management on behalf of his clients. Conscientious and efficient, he possesses the skills required to manage complex projects that demand the coordination of multiple components.
Bilingual, Rico holds a bachelor’s degree from the Université de Moncton and is also a graduate in Human Resource Management from the University of New Brunswick.
Michelle Levesque,
Co-founder and Partner
As a Certified Executive Coach, Michelle offers more than 35 years of leadership experience. Founder and owner of Inspire Leadership Inc. and co-owner of Mes Partenaires RH, she has held director and vice-president positions in human resources, communications, administration, and performance optimization. She has worked across diverse sectors such as energy and health, as well as public and post-secondary education.
Throughout her career, Michelle has made her mark and repeatedly demonstrated her mastery of exemplary employer–employee relations. Her analytical, concise, and ethical mindset enables her clients to benefit from advice that has a significant impact on their organization’s strategic decisions. A credible advisor, she possesses integrity in her interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding leadership abilities, and a strong sense of effectiveness. Michelle supports managers, teams, and organizations by identifying the strengths that allow them to maximize their potential in managing workplace challenges.
Bilingual, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and is a graduate of Royal Roads University as a Certified Executive Coach. She is Lean Six Sigma certified. Michelle also holds a certificate in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Saint Mary’s University, in addition to a certificate in Health Services Management from the Canadian Healthcare Association.
Michelle has been a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2017.
